In a production hall with multiple overhead cranes on a single crane runway, the E.O.T. cranes cannot cross each other. To ensure that different activities can still be carried out practically, semi-gantry cranes can be installed under an existing overhead crane to create an additional and independent material flow. This can be at right angles to the direction of travel of the overhead crane.

It is not always necessary to install a rail in the floor. For average loads, we can apply a PUR coating on the running wheels at the bottom, allowing them to run directly on a concrete slab.
