Discover our overhead cranes.
The standard solution for the most varied applications is built by DEMAN in four construction types, optionally with a single or two hoists:
Single girder model
The single girder overhead crane offers an optimal price-performance ratio, for almost every application. This overhead crane, with a single box girder, is the lightest and most advantageous model. By adapting the form optimally to that of the roof trussing, the single girder model ensures an excellent use of available space. In combination with the compact SWF hoists, excellent transport dimensions are also achieved.
Double girder model
Overhead cranes with two box girders provide excellent operating behaviour, also over larger spans. Independent of the span, a double girder always provides an exceedingly useful lifting height. It provides a superior crane geometry, with lifting capacities of up to 250 tonnes. That is why the double girder model is the ideal choice for process cranes, which have high operating speeds above 80 m/min. A control cabin and platforms can easily be provided on double girder overhead crane.
Extra-compact double girder model
If the installation dimension is of essential importance, then this EXTRA COMPACT model from DEMAN is without doubt the best choice. You have barely 5 m of free space under your roof trusses, but you wish to be able to nevertheless operate with your overhead crane and your hook above the freight lorries? Then this is the only model that can be taken into consideration. However, this special model offers unequalled advantages, also with those other applications where the available installation space is very limited.
Overhead suspension crane
In case of an overhead suspension crane, the crane runways are attached to the roof trusses. This makes it possible to have multiple suspended cranes operate individually next to one another in the hall, without any hindering support columns. Or you can mount the overhead suspension crane in the central part of the hall, where the roof trusses lie higher. In this way an increased hoisting height can be achieved. If you use an overhead suspension crane over the entire width of the building, then the right-hand and left-hand transport dimensions are optimized, because the hoist can operate for a longer distance underneath the crane gantry.
